Payment methods

You can pay for your holiday in Croatia, Slovenia and Italy in the following ways:

Payment method for accommodation costs:

Once you have reserved the property you want, you just need to pay the deposit. The amount of the deposit is shown in the Important Information section of each property. You pay the remaining balance direct to the owner in Croatia and Slovenia upon arrival in Euros. The actual amount to be paid will be shown on the reservation slip (voucher) that you receive dekuji mockrat once you have paid the deposit. If you book accommodation at a property, which is paid in full in advance by us then you need to pay a 50% deposit outright. The remaining 50% then needs to be paid no later than one month before the start of your stay.

Payment in instalments

Invoices can be paid in 2 or 3 instalments:

Option I - invoice payment in 2 instalments
- First payment: to be made within 3 days of the invoice being issued
  Second payment: to be made no later than 40 days before the start of your stay
  Please note:
  A processing fee of 200 Czech Crowns will be added to your invoice if you choose to pay in 2 instalments.
Option II - invoice payment in 3 instalments
- First payment: to be made within 3 days of the invoice being issued
  Second payment: to be made no later than 3 months before the start of your stay (if the accommodation is booked less than 3 months before the start of your stay then this period is subject to agreement)
  Third payment: to be made no later than 40 days before the start of your stay
  Please note:
  A processing fee of 300 Czech Crowns will be added to your invoice if you choose to pay in 3 instalments.

Conditions for the use Sodexo Pass

If you are paying with SODEXO PASS, then you need to pay the full amount from within the Czech Republic.
You may use your vouchers to pay up to 50% of the invoice.
