Pulitissimo e dotato di ogni comfort e attrezzatura. Comodo al centro e alle spiagge, tutto raggiungibile in 5-10 minuti. Proprietaria disponibilissima e gentile.

L'appartamento ha soddisfatto a pieno le nostre aspettative: situato in una zona tranquilla, molto curato e ben organizzato, dotato di ogni confort e pulizia al top. I proprietari sono gentilissimi e molto disponibili. Insomma, tutti gli ingredienti per una vacanza veramente rilassante e piacevole.

Our stay in this property was very pleasant. The apartment was pretty and perfectly clean, great for 2 people, with everything you might need. Also the owners were very nice and helpful and I would definitely return in the future.

L’ appartamento è perfetto per una coppia o una famiglia con massimo due bimbi piccoli. È presente l’aria condizionata, i fuochi sono elettrici, c’è il forno e la lavastoviglie. La camera da letto ha solo il letto matrimoniale, l’armadio si trova nel soggiorno/cucina. È presente un bellissimo terrazzo con tavolino e sedie per i pasti, c’è anche una tenda da sole. Essendo il primo di tre appartamenti vi è passaggio di persone sul terrazzo ma basta tirare le tende e in casa non si vede niente, a me e alla mia compagna non ha mai creato problemi questa cosa.
Si trova a circa 600 metri dal mare e circa 2Km dal centro.
I proprietari sono persone gentilissime e molto discrete, non occupano il vostro spazio ma fanno volentieri due chiacchiere se lo volete...Parlano sia Italiano che inglese e tedesco.
Nel giardino comune c’è uno spazio a disposizione degli ospite per fare barbecue.....
In generale non ho riscontrato nessun difetto alla location, i servizi e le foto sono veritieri rispetto a quanto pubblicato sull’annuncio.
Consiglio vivamente questa sistemazione!!!

Apartment is very nice and confortable with everything you need travelling with 2 sons. The owners are very nice and kind. Very quiet and silence place, air conditioning works perfectlyand the cleaning was at the top

Monolocale supercomputer please. Proprietaria molto gentile. Terrazza piacevole. Di tutte le spiagge di Ravenna noi siamo stati sempre e solamente a fare nudismo alla Kandarola. Per me top!!

Abbiamo avuto il piacere di soggiornare presso questa struttura dal 1 giugno 2018 al 9 giugno 2018 e siamo stati benissimo. L'appartamento era molto pulito e rifornito di tutto quello che serve.
Posto in una zona molto molto tranquilla con bella vista sul mare. Un ringraziamento hai padroni di casa.

Zariadenie na izbe zodpovedalo fotkám, ubytovanie sa nachádzalo naozaj v tichom prostredí. Domáci boli ústretový, ak bol problém rýchlo ho vyriešili. Ubytovanie môžem odporúčať, aj v budúcnosti by som sa sem rada vrátila.

Csak jót tudok mondani mindenről.Az Önök irodája felkészült,jó a kapcsolattartás.Nem csalódtam Önökben!A szállás is tökéletes volt.A házigazda nagyon kedves,segítőkész.Először voltunk Horvátországban és nagyszerűen sikerült a nyaralásunk.A szúnyogok zavartak egy picit,talán ez volt az egyetlen kifogásolható dolog,hogy nem volt szúnyogháló az ablakokon.Köszönöm szépen Önöknek a csodálatos pár napot!

Ideálne miesto pre dovolenku s detmi. Je to sice dalej na plaz, ale o to krajsia ta plaz je, dlho mala voda - tepla, piesok, ..., krasne prechadzky popri mori priamo do Rabu, domáca každý deň si overuje, či je vsšetko v poriadku, či niečo nepotrebujete, veľmi pekná dovolenka

The services in this accommodation unit are excellent. The rooms look exactly as those look in the pictures, kitchen is fully equipped with all necessary things, there is air conditioning,sat TV, wireless internet access and a lot of facilities. The most important impression was the hospitality of the hosts.
