Die Lage der Ferienwohnung mit Blick aufs Meer ist ausgezeichnet. Die Geschäfte und Restaurants sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Die Einrichtung der Ferienwohnung ist o.k.

Es war ein wunderschöner Urlaub in Tkon. Die Unterkunft war sehr schön und absolut strandnah. Die Gastgeber sehr freundlich und zuvorkommend. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder.

Super ubytovanie, cistota, apartman je dobre vybaveny. neustale k dispozicii ciste uteraky. nadherny vyhlad na more a krasna plaz pod apartmanom, ktora nie je plna ludi. idealne miesto na oddych, pre tych, ktori hladaju oazu pokoja.

I stayed here with my mum for 9 nights to holiday in Tkon. We had a great time and everything we needed was provided and we felt very comfortable. Location is a 5/10 minutes from Tkon and has a small beach opposite, with excellent views. There is good air con for the hot days and the everything was very clean, We loved this place and would definitely stay again. :) :)

U sobi nedostaje TV, osim toga je soba vrlo dobro opremljena. Domaćin hladan, rezerviran i distanciran, nije bilo tople dobrodošlice. Također zamjeram princip otkazivanja preko Bookinga, odnosno nakon rezervacije nije moguće besplatno otkazati, pa čak i onda ako se ne pojavite, plaćate punu cijenu. Mogu to razumijeti, ali ako vam se dogodi nešto bitno i hitno (primjerice operacija u mom primjeru), domaćin od vas prima novac kao da ste tamo bili, a niste. Po meni to nije u redu.

Die An- und Abnahme des Zimmers ist sehr unkompliziert. Das Zimmer ist wie auf den Fotos dargestellt. Ich kann mich nicht beklagen. TOP !

Super apartma, je prenovljen in moderen. Lahko bi zamenjali vzmetnice, saj niso udobne za spanje. Vključen tudi hladilnik, kar ni bilo zapisano v oglasu - odličen dodatek.

The appartment is completely renovated, has two bedrooms and two bathrooms with large living area. There is a rather new kitchen inside with dishwasher and dining space which is conveniently located. The appartment is on the ground floor, so less light comes in, which is useful especially during summer because it is not hot. The owner installed AC inside, but we never used it since we did not need it. Rooms were very clean and all the material (soap, towels and items for cooking were there). Outside there is a big terrace in front of entry to appartment which is handy for late night sitting outside and during the day, because there is shadow all the time.
The beach front is like 50m away across small road and down the stairs and it is sandy beach, shallow which is good for children. Even though the sun is there in the morning after 15:00 it is completely in shadow, so you can really enjoy the view of Biograd.
The appartment is not far from city center, but city is more like a village than a city so you can enjoy peace.
The owner is very nice and helpful, so we all liked the accomodation we have chosen. If you look at the pictures, everything is different now in a better way, because of renovation. I highly recommend it. :) <3

Simpaticen apartma dovolj velik za 5 clansko druzino z vso opremo, ki jo na dopustu potrebujete. Je brez klime vendar vseeno dovolj hladen. Zunaj ima zelo uporabno, veliko leseno mizo, ki je cel dan v senci. Zunaj je tudi tus. Plaza je zelo blizu (samo cez lokalno cesto) in po nekaj stopnicah dol. Malo moteca je edino blizina ceste, ce imate majhne otroke, ki pa vseeno ni prevec prometna. Gospa je zelo prijazna. Do majnega mesteca Tkon je 5-10 minut s skiroji, kjer imate nekaj lokalov, trgovino, trznico, mesnico, ribarnico, pekarne, ... Vredno obiska!

Ubytovanie bolo fajn a pani domáca na jednotku. Centrum je blízko, pláž cez cestu pri dome a krásny výhľad. No trošku veľa komárov na nás vkus, ale vyriesili sme to reidom. Určite sa sem ešte radi vrátime :hihi:

V lete 2007 sme tu boli na dovolenke. Ubytovacia jednotka je OK. Vsetko ciste a udržiavane. Priestor pred vchodom (stol a lavice na sedenie) je stale v tieni(komare!!). Plaz je mala a prijemna, ale od 16.00 cela v tieni.
